My Go-To Cold Brew & Overnight Oats Recipe
Mornings can be hectic, but having a simple, delicious, and energizing routine makes all the difference. My go-to breakfast includes a smooth, homemade cold brew and a nutritious bowl of overnight oats. Both require minimal prep and are ready to go when I wake up, making my mornings much smoother. Here's how I make them:

How I Make My Cold Brew:
Pick Your Coffee
I use Kirkland Medium Roast from Costco. Any good-quality ground coffee will work, but I love the rich, smooth taste of this one.
Brew It Overnight
I use the Takeya Patented Deluxe Cold Brew Coffee Maker to steep my coffee. The ratio is 120g of coffee to water , and I let it sit for at least 24 hours.
Store & Enjoy: Once the coffee is fully brewed, I pour it into a sealed bottle and store it in the fridge for the week.
Natural Bliss Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer
I add a splash of Natural Bliss Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer , and it’s good to go! What I love about The almond milk makes it lighter than regular creamers, and the vanilla gives it a nice, cozy flavor without being too much. It goes perfectly with a medium blend because the coffee isn’t too strong or bitter, so the creamer really stands out!

Chocolatey Overnight Oats – A Perfect Pairing
I love starting my day with overnight oats because they’re easy to make, packed with nutrients, and delicious. Here’s my current go-to recipe:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup almond milk
- A dash of Natural Bliss Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Chocolate Powder
- Chocolate chips (because why not?)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp flaxseed meal
How to Make It:
- Combine all the ingredients in a mason jar or airtight container.
- Stir well to mix everything evenly.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give it a quick stir and enjoy!

Pairing my cold brew with a creamy, chocolatey bowl of overnight oats makes my mornings feel effortless and delicious. This combo keeps me full, energized, and, most importantly, keeps my IBS in check—because let’s be honest, fiber is my best friend. And with caffeine in hand, at least I have a fighting chance at making it through the day without completely shutting down. :)
