Shipping policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be extended, and we will communicate any delays accordingly.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We currently only ship within the United States with hopes to expand in the future. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at owner@ttinventory.com for assistance. While we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, we are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at owner@ttinventory.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with a specific product in your box, please contact us at owner@ttinventory.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Digital Products & Services

For digital products or services, all sales are final. If you have concerns about accessing or using a digital product, or if you encounter any issues, please reach out to owner@ttinventory.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
