Refund policy

At Threads & Thistles Inventory, we take great care in curating and packaging each order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience an issue with a specific item in your box, we are happy to assist you.

1. No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item ordered
  • Preference-based concerns (e.g., scent, color, or style variations)

Each box is thoughtfully curated, and we cannot accept returns due to the personalized nature of our selections.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item in your box arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at owner@ttinventory.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit for the affected item.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that the package was delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Contacting your local postal service for further details
  • Filing a missing package claim with the carrier

Once the package leaves our facility, we do not have control over delivery issues and cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, such as:

  • An item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • A verified order error on our end
  • A product is deemed unusable due to damage during transit

Refunds, if granted, will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
