Once Spirit's Eve is over, everyone in Pelican Town waits for the first day of Winter, when it always inexplicably snows. Like clockwork. Every single year. Abigail once tried to stay up all night to see when it snowed, but for some reason she couldn't stay up past 2:00am, and the next morning it had already snowed.

The "Winter Pelican Town" design features a stylized version of the town in the game Stardew Valley, representing the entire town and all of its little odds, ends, and quirks.
