The Road to Relaunch: What’s Coming in 2025
TTI 2.0 Relaunch Timeline
December 2024: The Last Hurrah (DONE)
Closing sales will wrap up warehouse operations, clearing out inventory to make space for the new business model. This will be the last chance for customers to grab current items. All orders from the final sale will be packed and shipped promptly.
January 2025: Foundation Work (DONE)
The Valentine’s Day box test run began, with products for 40 curated boxes received and inspected. Prototype assembly ensured packaging and presentation met expectations. Supplier collaborations were finalized to secure product availability for spring curated boxes.
February 2025: Valentine’s Day Test Run (DONE)
The first 40 curated boxes were sold as a small-scale launch to test fulfillment and packaging. Customer feedback was collected to refine product selection, packaging, and marketing. Any logistical challenges were addressed before the full relaunch.
March 2025: Backend Overhaul
The shed is being fixed to create a functional workspace. Box curation is in progress, finalizing selections for launch while analyzing costs, supplies, and fulfillment logistics. Systems are being set up for efficient packaging and shipping, with help onboarded if necessary. Marketing efforts will ramp up, with sneak peeks and community engagement leading up to the relaunch.
April 2025: Soft Launch & Subscription Service Debut
The first five curated boxes will launch: The Cozy Gamer Box, The Neurodivergent Entrepreneur Box, The Cozy Chaos Café Box, The Alyssa Core Box, and The Blind Date with a Community Book. A subscription service will also launch, allowing customers to build their own curated boxes. Early access will be offered to subscribers and loyal customers to fine-tune processes before scaling up.
May 2025: Expanding Offerings
Individual product sales will return alongside curated boxes, and Harold’s Café coffee will be reintroduced with new packaging and branding.
June-July 2025: Creator Collaborations & Ambassador Relaunch
Collaborations with influencers will bring exclusive box designs, and the ambassador program will relaunch with new perks and opportunities to promote TTI 2.0.
August 2025: Holiday Box Prepping
Planning and curating Halloween and Christmas boxes will begin. Product sourcing, design finalization, and fulfillment logistics will be set up to ensure smooth launches.
September 2025: Halloween Box Launch
The Halloween curated box will officially launch, kicking off the spooky season. Limited-edition Halloween products may also be available.
October 2025: Halloween Promotion
Throughout the month, Halloween-themed marketing, community events, and content will highlight the spooky season. The focus will be on driving sales and engagement before the Halloween box sells out.
November-December 2025: Christmas Box Launch & Holiday Season
The Christmas curated box will launch in early November, giving customers plenty of time to order for the holiday season. Promotions and events will continue through December, keeping the momentum going until the year-end.
